Since the battery system control unit is powered by the battery itself and the power supply is controlled by an external switch, please ensure the switch is turned off after use to prevent battery damage from prolonged standby.
Notice:
1. If the battery becomes hot, deformed, leaks, emits an odor, or smokes during use, stop using it immediately and store it in an open area away from people. Contact a professional for repair or disassembly.
2. The battery is only for its designated use. Do not use the battery pack for other purposes.
3. Do not short-circuit the battery pack’s positive and negative terminals or submerge it in water. Do not connect battery packs in parallel or series, as this may cause accidents.
4. Ensure external devices and wiring harnesses are well insulated. Avoid contact between the battery pack’s terminals and the vehicle body or metal casing.
5. Use the matching charger for the battery pack. If unused for an extended period, recharge every three months.
6. To maintain accurate State of Charge (SOC), periodically use a special charger to fully charge and calibrate the battery.
7. The IP65 waterproof rating protects against rain and splashes but not submersion. In heavy rain, place the vehicle in a high location to prevent battery damage.

- Battery Pack Warranty:Under normal usage conditions, the(Supplier) provides a 5-year warranty for battery packs. This warranty covers malfunctions due to inherent battery quality issues, including failure to charge or discharge normally or capacity degradation exceeding 30%. Capacity testing adheres to industry standards, conducted at a 25°C ambient temperature, charging with the standard charger until current falls below 0.05C or the protection board initiates charge protection, followed by discharging at a 0.5C rate until the protection board activates.
- Charger Warranty:The charger is covered by a 1-year warranty, limited to defects in the charger itself.
- Non-Warranty Situations:Failures resulting from user misuse, external factors (such as water ingress into the battery, abnormal voltage/current during charging, over-power discharge or short circuit, mechanical damage, unauthorized modification or parameter adjustments, etc.) are not included in the warranty coverage.
- In-Warranty Return and Repair: For products within the warranty period and falling under warranty coverage, the person A will bear all round-trip shipping costs and related intermediate handling fees.
- Post-Warranty Repairs: Beyond the warranty period, any return for repair will require the person B (Customer) to cover all round-trip shipping and associated costs.
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs During Warranty Period: If the fault is outside the warranty scope even within the warranty period, all shipping costs for returning the product for repair shall be the responsibility of the person B.
- Parts Unavailability or Cell Discontinuation:In case of unavailability of parts, particularly cells, or if they are discontinued, rendering repair impossible during the warranty period, the person A will calculate the residual value based on a 30-month straight-line depreciation from the purchase date to the time of malfunction, and offer compensation accordingly.
- Users must submit warranty claims through the person A’s official customer service channels, providing valid proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- The person A will review applications within 7 working days and proceed with repair, replacement, or compensation arrangements accordingly.
